I love to get my hands dirty and join videogame companies in solving their most confounding problems, and help them reach their most ambitious goals.

While every project is different, most tend to fall into one of three broad categories: consulting, business development and coaching.


In consulting projects we dive into your most pressing challenges together, and make sure that your efforts are acutely aligned with your goals. From writing a business plan and finding your target audience, to expanding to new markets and growing your company in a sustainable way – I’m there to help you rise to the challenge.

Business Development

Companies can often grow faster and accomplish more by entering into strategic partnerships. I can help you find the right partners to unlock your growth, within my network or outside of it, and help you negotiate a deal that works for you.


Coaching trajectories can be focused on inviduals as well as teams. Through individual coaching, I can help you refine your skills and reflect on what you need to reach your goals. In team coaching, I can help your team to define their core values and goals, and to improve team cooperation. By asking the right questions and addressing unspoken issues we can get to the underlying issues that are keeping you or your team from performing optimally, and work towards a fitting solution.
