The Process in a Nutshell

  1. As soon as you check out, you’ll receive two links: one to the self-assessment (share this with your leadership team members) and one to a shared google drive.
  2. Have all leadership team members fill in the assessment, and place the required documents in the shared folder. Ping me when you’re ready, and sit back. You will get your report within 10 business days.
  3. I will analyze the assessment data and your provided documentation. I will ask for additional info where necessary.
  4. I share the report and invite you to a call to discuss the findings. After the call, I share the full recording with you for future reference.
